As Industry Manager of Beauty at Facebook, Alison Hersh Pace oversees a team dedicated to some of the top marketers and agencies in this vertical.
Prior to joining Facebook, Ali worked for the last 20 -years in traditional media at companies such as Conde Nast, Viacom and Primedia, beginning her career in Beauty and Fragrance Marketing at CHANEL.
Ali is based at Facebookâs New York office and lives on the Upper West Side with her husband Bill and two sons, Jules and Jaden.
