Yelp: Friend or Foe?

To local businesses, Yelp can be a mixed bag. Online reviews mean that our clients now have the power to play a role in our brands, and while many times this is a major positive, there have been others where it’s gone very wrong for the owner unable to tell their side of the story when a customer has a tough time.

So the question remains, should we embrace Yelp, warts and all, and use it to empower our businesses?
